Hello experts
One of my mates trying to import a few data from Excel to SQL server DB, however during the process he found the following error message. Need a solution. Please help. Thanks a lot.
“Error Data Flow Task The product level is insufficient for component source SQL import”
Error: Error 0xc00470fe: Data Flow Task: The product level is insufficient for component "Source – USAUrls$" (1).

Your information is obsolete. Can you tell us what MSSQL version do you have there? If you have MSSQL 2005 you will need to install SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) or SP1 for MSSQL 2005. If you have Visual Studio Professional already installed SSIS is part of it.

Dear user,
Follow these steps; hopefully your problem will be solved.
1. Check if you have SSIS installed in your computer. If not install it
(Most people get their problems fixed after installing this)
2. Check the data types and data of the columns you are moving.
3. Also try another Excel sheet with different few data. But similar format
4. Also export a small table to excel. and make a few changes and try importing it back
5. Also try renaming your excel sheet.
6. Install Integration Services too.
