Problems with Mac Outlook date received

I’m having trouble using Outlook for Mac. I would like to show the date received of the email and not the time and date the email was downloaded of the server. Please tell me how I can change it. Can you give me step by step process or any links for my references on Mac Outlook date received?

Problems with Mac Outlook date received

Hello there Jeannej, 

Based on your question, I believe that you have sorted/arranged your mail by conversation.

Here's the steps to  re-arranged it :

1. Click the Arrange By drop down menu

2. Click on Date Received in the menu to so the emails will sort in chronological order. 

3. Your emails are now sorted by date received. Hope this works.
