Hi,
I think you got this error when you go to install the windows vista or when you going to repair windows vista.
The setup of windows vista is giving some instruction before the setup is going to execute. That is the thing that call “What to know before installing Windows” This thing is designed to give some help to install and to make easy the process by increasing the knowledge of the user about the vista installation.
But in you setup one or more file which are related to the help instruction display has been corrupted. That is why your installation gives this error.
If you can continue with this error do not wary about it. If not you have to find another setup.
