Problem With Upgrading The Client-server From The Windows And It Throws 0x8024400d Error

0x8024400d error occurs because of the incorrect configuration files, file system damage, registry corruption, incompatible drivers, antivirus programs, etc. The error may prevent users from copying the files to external devices or installing and updating Windows.

The steps to fix the 0x8024400d error are as follows:

• Fix File System and Bad Sectors

Step 1: Go to the File Explorer and open the disk, then open Properties.
Step 2: Go to the Tools tab and click on the Check button.
Windows will perform a system scan that will fix the problems.

• Turn on two services.

Step 1: Open Run command and type “service.msc” then press Enter.
Step 2: Locate Volume Shadow Copy service and Windows Backup service.
Step 3: Right-click on the service and choose Start, then go to Properties.
