Problem when installing Labview solution

Hi,

After I installed a Labview solution on a client’s computer I received a 2564 error code. This error refers to a Labview Plug-in which I haven’t been able to find on the NI website. Does anyone know the component I need to include so that I can complete the Labview installation for my client?

Problem when installing Labview solution

 

The problem is about a missing plug-in. The entire scheme plays its role in the plug-in that is missing and has to be updated in your PC. This system is quite robust in the sense that once you install the plug-in all gets right. That is the software does not have the required format to read such type of file. Thus all you need to do is to open any such type of file in any other computer and then copy those files and folders to your own machine. You can download them from your website where you got the software. Thanks
