Problem in uninstalling a Logitech webcam

Hello everyone,

I am having a problem in uninstalling a Logitech webcam. When I am trying to uninstall the Logitech webcam, I find an error at the end of process that says “uninstall failed” and then uninstall process does not progress further so I have to abort the process.

By aborting the process, all my system icons disappeared and I had to restart my system again. When I restarted the system, the windows gives the message“C:/Windowssystem32systemprofileDesktop refers to a location that is unavailable”. Is there any possible way to uninstall that software which does not disturb my system files?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Joshuagarrettthehero,

To uninstall an apps which is not happening by normal process, you need to start your personal computer in safe mode. You need to follow given steps:

1. From SHUTDOWN Menu, select RESTART.

2. When your PC is start restarting press F8 frequently until you can see a Selection menu.

3. Select SAFE MODE from the selection menu. Now your windows is running on SAFE MODE where you can Uninstall your desire software from CONTROL PANEL> Uninstall Program>select program to uninstall.

You also can go to PROGRAMS FILE directory from System Drive and Manually delete the Applications Directory.
