I attempted to install little third party software and receiving an error message. I am using window 7 in my virtual machine.

What is this and how can it be solved. Need assistance please

Problem: The short path of the installation path

Hello

This is bug in this software you are trying to install. There is character in this path which doesn't belong here for example: number on start of name, "." etc. To fix this bug you should try to find newer version of this software or you should try to find older version and then run update to isolate this bug.
