Hi Experts,

The problem is with SharePoint as well as Office 365.

Please have a look at the error message which indicates permission error. It says

Contact your network administrator to request access.

Do you have any idea regarding this Network Error?

Please help me to solve it.

Hi,

It is clear from the error message that you do not the required privileges to access the network. You need to have the administrator rights to access the network. This is a safety feature to prevent the theft of data from the network. So, to access the network you need to either know the administrator password or you should be logged in to the administrator account.

Try the following steps:

1. Right click on the program and click run as administrator. If the administrator has set any password to open the program then you will be asked to type the password. After you type the password you will be able to access the network.

2. If there is no password set by the administrator then you can directly connect to the network. It is always safe to protect your data with a password.
