Problem to scan with port scan cisco software.

Hi,

Each time I scan with a port scan Cisco software, my internet connection stops and to start again I need to off and on then it goes well. Can anyone help me how to solve it?

Hi Angela,

I believe I will be able to help you in solving this problem. I think the main problem lies with the Cisco software if you state that you have your internet connection stopping and starting again.

You may need to reset your Cisco software and the port by changing the adapter or even restarting the adaptor. This should solve your problem. If it doesn't, then you can reconnect the ports and set a new connection for the ports in that case. The new connection should then connect without a problem.
