Problem with Samsung Any help

Hi All ,

I tried launching the Samsung Apps by entering the app ID. Though the Samsung Apps managed to open, I however receive an error message saying that the product does not exist in the 4002 store even if the product ID was valid, and that the application is available on Samsung Apps for a certain price. Can you help me figure out what the problem was? Thank you.

Hello Maryam, Good day!

It may be invisible/denied in the country zone you're trying to access the app from..

Try downloading it from the Android Market

Problem with Samsung Any help

Hi,

There is a problem with Samsung 4002 apps store as mentioned in the Samsung forum page.Developers are trying to resolve the issues. This error is related to purchasing of 4002 apps. Please refer this link.

 

In your case the particular issues might have happened because of the unavailability of particular 4002 apps in your country.You may contact with Samsung for further assistance.
