Problem with regards to Anti-Virus

I'm trying to boot my Dell computer, but a pop up message appears that the Norton Anti-Virus (NAV) Auto-Protect "cannot locate the set up data". And I tried to boot into safe mode, but I'm getting the same message. Anyone have a solution for this?

Did the installation complete successfully for the Antivirus?

If yes then the main drawbacks. Your computer is pre viraled. Means there is a virus or worm or certain malware present in our computer that is restricting the Shields protection on your system. The solution is to get a bootable antivirus disk that will allow to pickup and kill viruses of your computer before startup of the computer completely. That is that you need such a disk which is bootable. Means that if once your machine gets to run with the Desktop, you will find that viruses are not identifiable, thus before complete startup. Thanks.
