I am using blackberry8830 mobile handset and I have a Sony Vaio net-book.
Last night I wanted to transfer a data from my phone to laptop and I activated both of devices but when I am trying to sending data from my blackberry to my laptop and its saying cant sending the file to my laptop .
So how I will solve this problem?
Re install your Bluetooth driverÂ
And install againÂ
And make sure the setting of you Bluetooth in your phone are fix show all your visibility in your phone
Make sure that the Bluetooth device on the computer is working.
Enable the Bluetooth device on the computer. Check the settings of the Bluetooth device and make sure that it is in discoverable mode. To make the computer discoverable, go to the Bluetooth preferences.
Click on Settings then select Discoverable.
This will make your computer visible to other Bluetooth-enabled devices. Do this also to your BlackBerry phone.
Check the Bluetooth settings and make it visible to other Bluetooth-enabled devices.
Try checking if you can now detect your computer. You should be able to see your computer now since it is already in the discoverable mode. But if not, check the settings again.
Begin transferring the file if both devices can now be paired.
