Hello Nicholas,

That problem occurs when the graphics card is overheat or the VGA drivers are out of date. To resolve it, you will need to need to download and install the latest VGA drivers. You also need to check the compatibility of the graphics card. If it is meant for that computer you will need to change it.

Hi Nicholas,

The error you are getting indicates that the required video card is not being detected. First of all, you need to make sure that the Video card flash file you are running is for the one you have installed in your motherboard. Forcing a ROM flash for a video card that does not support it may cause further harm than good.

Try resetting the video card from your motherboard and see if that helps. Its possible that the video card is not connected to the motherboard properly causing that error.

You forgot to mention the make and model of your motherboard and your video card so I wouldn’t be able to tell you what BIOS version you can update them to. In any case, I would suggest you go to the website of your motherboard and your video card manufacturer so you can get the latest BIOS updates for your card and check if they are compatible with your system.
