Problem with My Compaq Laptop

I found some problems with my Compaq CQ40 when I tried to turn it on:

Power Lamp is on LCD blank WiFi is on, and lamp near Caps Lock button blink repeatedly.

I don't know what's wrong with it I need your explanation.

Problem with My Compaq Laptop

Hi Jordin,

It may be possible that your OS might have been corrupted that might explain the Caps lock indicator repeated blinking and LCD going blank. Try restoring your OS to previous working state of use system repair disc to recover your OS.

If you cannot even see your screen OS it is possible that there are some problems of your laptop hardware components that need to be checked. You should definitely see Compaq service center available near to you and get your laptop checked for any problems on it and get it repaired.

Hope you are still on your warranty period for your laptop!
