A problem with deep clean format windows. I reformatted my Windows 7 starter Os in my Hp laptop. There is this problem that cannot load up and restore my back up. I need the files as soon as possible for it contains important data for the business proposal and projects of the company. Can you give me some ways to resolve this issue?

Hi! Kurtt. I might have a solution for your problem. You see, everytime we attempt to format our laptops or computers the system will divide the hard disk, the Local C and Local D. Prior in doing so, we forget to back important files stored in our PC before formatting resulting to the loss of files.
