Hi,

I used a plugin to set the state of an entity in Microsoft CRM 4.0, when this error message has appeared (see below image):

Honestly, I am kind of confuse of the error message. I don't have any idea what it means.

Any advice for me on what I should do?

Thanks in

You set the state of an entity in Microsoft VRM 4.0, would mean you deleted the In Progress status code on the Status Code Attribute of CRM4. Once it is deleted you can no longer reopen the closed opportunities thus an error message popped up. This can be resolved in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

Go to this link for the said updates http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=28799. The supported OS for this download are Windows 7, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista and Windows XP. This update requires Microsoft. NET Framework 3.5.

Before you download the said updates first download the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Language Pack. Then, follow the installation process to be shown after your download.
