Printing Avery templates for Microsoft Word 2010

On the outside of the Avery label package, the details of the template that is to be used for the labels is mentioned. Alternatively, the template can also be downloaded from Avery’s website.

Then, after launching Word 2010, click the labels button under the Mailings tab, under the Create section. This utility is present in the office ribbon. Under the envelopes and labels window, click the Options button and click the Avery US letter option in the drop down menu under label vendors. Under product number, select the template details. Enter the address label details into the address field at the top of the window, and click print.
