Printer Prints the whole document in all black

Please help in configuring my Konica Minolta Printer. The printer prints the whole document in all black. I try to do another test document to print but I get the same result. What does it mean? I just changed my cartridges and did not make any changes on the printer settings.

There can be some reasons for the kind of problem you have with your printer. In order to help you better will be helpful to know the printer model you have, so  we can provide you with the best solution for your issue.

This can be related even from a hardware problem to a software problem. If you have your printer users guide you can try printing a test page using the printer stand alone, unplugged from the  computer ,so we will know if this is a hardware or software problem depending on your test prints.
