Printer is not connecting with Xp Machine.

I have a PC. Windows 7 is installed on it. When I trying to connect with Windows XP (Printer With that)'s Printer.  I am unable to connect it. It showing “Windows can't Open Add Printer. The Local printer spooler service is not running.”

Printer is not connecting with Xp Machine.

Hi Aradhana,

Make sure that the printer is connected to the network, as well as the computer, then go to start and type 'Devices and Printers' in the blank search field. Press enter. Next click on 'add a printer'.

Choose the option to add a network printer. A search for the printers on the network will be initialized, wait for the process to finish and then choose the printer from the list that will come, then make the make printer the 'default printer'. Click OK. Now try printing, you should be able to see the printer now.
