Hi,
I have installed Power2Go on my PC but I am unable to copy any disk using Power2Go. Whenever I try to do this act an error message occurred. I just reinstalled the program to take effect and likely to be sure that the error will not appear again but the problem persists. Please help me to resolve this issue ASAP. I would be grateful to you. Thanks in advance.

The burner that you are using is not good. Try to boot Windows Vista DVD at the startup. Please check if it is able to boot. If it is OK, there was a problem in your software otherwise, there could be a possibility that your burner is not working already.

Power2Go says no burner is available

Have you checked the version of your Power2Go? Perhaps you should check their site for the updated version of Power2Go. Or you can also use this program as an alternative. If the problem still occurs, you should go to a computer technician to check if your burner is still good.
