Brother PocketJet 6 ($520-$530) – The PocketJet 6 by the Brother company is a stable portable printer that can be seamlessly connected to mobile devices that are using Windows CE, Windows Mobile and BB (Blackberry) operating systems. Its main asset is its portability, because it just weighs around 1.1 pounds. This means that you can place it in your bag and yet you will feel that it is not there.

It also has a powerful rechargeable battery that can print up to 100 pages before it drains out. Its only drawback is that it is only limited to be used by the operating systems mentioned above – no news yet on whether it can be used on the main operating systems for mobile devices like Android and iOS.

HP Deskjet 450 ($300-$350) – This is another portable printer but this time it is released by the company that actually knows their printers, Hewlett Packard. It is a great portable printer because of its multiple entries for use; you can use a memory card because it has a compact card slot, Bluetooth (though you need to buy a separate Bluetooth connector), flash drive through USB ports, or using the now-defunct (but some are still using) parallel ports.

This is pretty good portable printer unlike the first one because of its features relative to the price – its only drawback but not that big of a deal is its a little big for a portable printer. But if you don’t need your portable printers to be ultra-small, then the HP Deskjet 450 is for you.
