Point to point secure video chatting problem in windows

Hello everyone, I am trying to do a secure point to point video conference for corporate reason. I use Microsoft windows 7. But I cannot do it for windows firewall restrictions. Is there any good and reasonable solution to this problem I am facing? I need the solution and its a little bit emergency. Please help me. Thanks.
