Hi,

I am using Microsoft Office 2007 on my machine running with Windows 7. I tried to run Outlook and received an error message. It says, "Please wait while windows configures Microsoft Single Image 2010" and after that I get the option to restart and after that when I restart the outlook I am getting error message saying that:". I have failed to run it. What should I do?

Please help.

You are unable to run the outlook in your computer. You should uninstall the office2007 first. To uninstall the program you need go though control panel then select the office 2007 program and uninstall it. Then you need to reinstall it. You should choose the custom install during install process. You should select the program which you want to install like MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and MS Outlook. It will help you solve the problem

Hello Jasika Jame,

This kind of error message show sometimes during use of Microsoft outlook. Sometimes it solved automatically if it caused internet connection problem. If not solved automatically just uninstall your whole Microsoft Office 2007 from control panel. Then restart the PC and again install your product Microsoft Office 2007 properly and configure your email address on outlook. May be your problem will be solved.
