Please Help Me To Fix The 86000c09 Windows Phone Error

I bought a new Windows phone. I made the account settings on it. I set up my Outlook and turned on the sync. But something is wrong as I am getting an 86000c09 Windows phone error, and I could get the data on outlook till a few weeks back. Please help.

Please Help Me To Fix The 86000c09 Windows Phone Error

Since you have got a new phone and you are getting an 86000c09 Windows phone error, try this –

Method 1

a. Open text message settings.
b. Switch off “Text message backup.”
c. Save the settings.
d. Sync your Microsoft Account.

Method 2

a. Open Outlook on the Web browser.
b. Open the Options/ Mail page in Outlook.
c. Go to General.
d. Select Mobile devices/ Phone.
e. Delete the device that you no longer use and the device that is causing the problem.
f. Use the Remove icon to delete the device.
g. Click on any confirmation dialogue box.
h. Go to your phone and re-sync the account.
