Please help me decide a problem for the iPhone 4

My relatives was gave me an IPhone 4, applications run normally. I explored applications of iPhone 4 and I clicked OK updater on App Store.  In the top right corner of this icon appears a red circle, it has numbers, it looked uncomfortable.

Please help me remove the red circle. Thank you very much.

Hi friend,

There may be a problem with your IPhone 4.  It could be a problem in the process of software installation. Use software for install update, in your phone. Use some utility software for updating your phone’s software.

Other reason could be your phone was virus corrupted. Use memory flash option to flash your phone memory and install new driver software in your phone memory.

Other option is to recover your phone’s backup software from your PC. For this run software updated and install backup software.

If it is a hardware problem, then take the phone to your nearest service center to get it repaired.
