I have a Samsung Mobile and I frequently used photography feature of it. But when I transferred them into my Laptop using Bluetooth Option the pictures that are transferred appeared as a Thumbnail in my Laptop. So the whole purpose of clicking picture is spoiled and taste is gone from the pictures. So please tell me what could be done from being it converted into thumbnail in my Laptop.

Hello,

How are you? You should follow the following procedure to solve the problem:

Step 1 : Firstly, you unbolt your phone and close it. Then connect the phone to your Laptop via USB cable and turn it on.

Step 2 : Now search for the USB connection icon in the notification spot at the top of your home panel and roll out the notification bar. You can notice that your phone is connected to the Laptop in one of the 3 ways; (a) Mass Storage (b) Media Device (MTP) (c) Camera (PTP).

Step 3 : Connect the phone to your Laptop as a Camera (PTP).

Step 4 : Go to the Start Menu on your Laptop and Click on My Computer Icon.

Step 5 : Select List on the View Menu.

Step 6 : Double click on the phone you have connected.

Step 7 : Double click on DCIM.

Step 8 : Double click on Camera. Your picture will appear.
