I have encountered problems after installing CW4.
An error message came out when I try to open it. And the error message is this:
“Warning: opendir(/usr/lib/php/cw4/cwapp/auth) [function.opendir]: failed to open dir: No such file or directory in /home/a1003308/public_html/ECommerce/cw4/cwapp/func/cw-func-init.phpon line 461"
Can you help me solve this problem ?
I would greatly appreciate any help to this.

To resolve the issue you are getting, you will need to try the following workarounds:

First, you will need to make sure that you have uploaded all files to the server.

The code that is bringing the error seems to be looking in the following directory:Â /cwapp/auth in order to get all the payment authentication files. The problem is that the code it looking in the in the/usr/lib/Â as opposed to the true site root. In that case you should attempt using another host and see if that will fix the problem.

You can as well request that your first host check your settings on the server.
