PHP CMS templates with control panel

Hi Anna W Brown,

I have here one CMS template that is run by PHP programming, It comes from vectorial PIXEL, credits for them, you can access the file over here.

This admin panel is intended for programmers that uses SQL databases and want to access database using PHP programming, at first, I thought that I can recommend you to use XAMPP for that PHP program but then I thought that you may want to implement the PHP program globally, this is the best thing that I can recommend for you.
