I need a Photo Convertor for JPEG 64bit version, that will help in resizing the photo width / height, with a proportional calculator without JPEG compression quality issues. Please do the needful for suggesting a freely available JPG/JPEG Photo Converter. Ensure that it has additional features like adding text or watermark and has frames for Photo.

Well, you can use Photoshop or Gimp (free alternative to Photoshop). With those tools you can edit and convert your pictures as you need. Photo Convertor for JPEG 64bit version

Hello,

I have been using paint.Net for some good time, its free and it can help you do whatever you want with your photo. It happens to be simple to use and there are several tutorials on-line on how to use it. Another option would be Picasa, its affiliated to Google, free and unlike others it can help you to easily upload and share your photos online.
