Is PayPal still accepting VCC?

The master techyv, please help me. I would ask you all masters techyv, if PayPal still receive verification using VCC (Virtual Credit Card). I wanted to verify my PayPal, but I'm still a dilemma whether to buy a VCC that are offered in the online world can verify my PayPal account.

It is stated that:

We Stopped Accepting PayPal & Moneybookers. Posted on March 21, 2011 by admin in News.

Hello,

Due to certain problems, we have stopped accepting PayPal and moneybookers. But still if you want to purchase an order of values greater than $50, please contact us so that we can make an alternative to accept your PayPal payment. But we don't accept moneybookers at all hereafter. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Based on a forum I've read online, PayPal doesn't accept Virtual Credit Card or any gift cards. And there are also currencies that PayPal doesn't accept such as Indian Rupee. You can find full information regarding PayPal

An example from that question: Do you accept PayPal or MoneyBookers? No, it's against PayPal & MoneyBookers regulations to accept payments for some banking services including VCC. (If Paid for service We provide Click Buy now and pay for Service We Provide VCC).

Is PayPal still accepting VCC?

Hi there!

Answer: NO, PayPal doesn't accept VCC for account verification.

Reason: PayPal is now advising their users to use their debit/credit cards to verify their PayPal accounts. VCC has its expiration date, once it is expired then you would have to input another card number to be linked into your account, which would be a hassle to the users. Just to lessen the hassle and make your account credible, use your debit/credit cards.

I am scary if apply a credit card. But someone tell me I still can verification PayPal ACC with sent email to them for verification the account.
