If you forgot you Apple ID name and u want to find it, you can find it using the password retrieval process at “My Apple ID” through this link: https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin

I’ll try to guide you through the steps as much as I can. Please try to follow these steps:

–          Go to the link provided above and click “Manage your account”

–          On the sign in page, click the link “Forgot your Apple ID”

–          Complete the required fields

–          Now you have 2 options, choose the first option if you would like to request an email from Apple or option 2 to answer the security question. Click next

–          After following one choice in the previous step, you will be prompted to reset your Apple ID password

For more information, follow this link https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201354

Hope this may help you.

Best of luck

If you forgot your password then I you should visit this link:

https://iforgot.apple.com/checkBrowserSettings

The first thing you need to do is enter your Apple ID, click next

Then you will have two options for authentication method.

The first option is email authentication. Upon choosing this one, the system will send an email to your email address that you used when you registered for an Apple ID.

The second one is you have to answer the security question or questions you chose when you created an Apple ID.

If you choose the first option which is email authentication and you have an email address more than one but you forgot which is the email address you used in creating an Apple ID, then you have to check all of it one by one and see if Apple sent an email for your authentication.

If you're going to choose the second option which is to answer a security question, you will be asked for your date of birth. After that, you will then be asked for an answer of the security question.

NOTE: 98% out 100% you will remember the answer, unless if you're not the one who created your Apple ID.

If you got the right answer, then you will be asked  for a new password and click reset password.

If you forgot both Apple ID and password. All you have to do is visit the link on top and click "Forgot your Apple ID?" then click next.

Enter all the information needed for the system to find your Apple ID, then click Next.

After clicking next you will then be asked to select an option for an authentication method, exactly like the two options when you forgot your password.

Again, If you choose email authentication, then an email will be sent to the email address or addresses you used when you created your Apple ID.

If you choose the option to answer the security question, you will then be asked to enter your birth date.

After that, the security question you chose when you created your Apple ID will appear.

If you got the right answer then you will redirected to the next page and will be asked for a new password.

After putting your new password, click reset password.

NOTE: Let me just remind you that your password needs to have one or more capital letters.

Your password is now reset, then return to your My Apple ID.
