Hi! I have a problem that somehow I have got back my iphone disabled recover contacts is impossible is the next problem, at least, I don’t know how to do that! But I need the contacts from my iphone – pictures, videos, texts, etc. because when I connect with iTunes, a pop up appears telling me that I need to enter my passcode before I can do anything. What to do? Please help!

Hello Darline B Daniel,

First, check that you do not have any password protection system set up on your phone. When you set a password on your phone, you must enter it in order to go to the gallery and open the applications.

When you have this password problem, enter your phone’s preset password. Then, you can enter and disable the password features in the settings option.
