I was trying to update parameter in my nqsconfig.ini file. Can you tell me how can I update the parameters for nqsconfig file in obiee 11g?

The following procedure explains how to update the settings in NQSConfig.ini.

To update the datasets in your NQSConfig.INI file:

Open the above-stated file in your text editor.

To create a backup file of the same for your reference and safe side.

Find and update the setting you wish to edit, then save the changes and close the window.

Finally, try restarting the BI server.
