To resolve that issue, you will need to do the following:

• First, you will need to click OK in the ‘The installation of Panda Antivirus for Netbooks has been cancelled’ message.
• After that you will need to manually change the compatibility mode in Windows in this case only. The following is a procedure to help you do that:

a) In case you downloaded Panda Antivirus for Netbooks from the Panda website, the installation file is referred to as PN10.exe and the this location can vary depending on where it has been saved on your computer.

b) In case you have installed it from a CD-ROM, then  the installation files are located on the CD.  In order to get  them, you will need to insert the disk in the drive, and after that you will open Windows Explorer and go to D:AntivirusFirewallNT. You will get 2 installation files: install.exe and setup. exe*. For both files, you will need to follow the instructions below:

1. You will need to right-click the file and then choose Properties.

2. After that go to the Properties window, and then choose the Compatibility tab.

3. In the Compatibility mode section, you will uncheck the Run this program in compatibility mode for option.

4. After the click "Show settings for all users" and then deselect the Run this program in compatibility mode for option:

5. And then click OK at the bottom of the window.

• You will then run the installation file again.
