I was installing our antivirus Panda with the firewall, but I always get this error whenever I tried to install it.
It doesn’t have any error code or what so ever, so how am I going to fix this?

Hello Jody,
To resolve that issue, you will need to do the following:
a) In case you downloaded Panda Antivirus for Netbooks from the Panda website, the installation file is referred to as PN10.exe and the this location can vary depending on where it has been saved on your computer.
b) In case you have installed it from a CD-ROM, then the installation files are located on the CD. In order to get them, you will need to insert the disk in the drive, and after that you will open Windows Explorer and go to D:AntivirusFirewallNT. You will get 2 installation files: install.exe and setup. exe*. For both files, you will need to follow the instructions below:
1. You will need to right-click the file and then choose Properties.
2. After that go to the Properties window, and then choose the Compatibility tab.
3. In the Compatibility mode section, you will uncheck the Run this program in compatibility mode for option.
4. After the click "Show settings for all users" and then deselect the Run this program in compatibility mode for option:
5. And then click OK at the bottom of the window.
