Hi guys,

I am an IT student and I looking to familiarize myself with oracle by adding a few skills to my skillset, what I am looking for is a good CRM tutorial for oracle, one that will enable me to learn useful skills in customer relations , marketing and other useful business support skills through oracle.

Anyone who knows where I can find the best tutorial please reply.

Well, there are a lot of helpful tutorials that you can find on the internet. You can also check ORACLE's website where it will give you some useful tips how to effectively use Oracle CRM On Demand.
