Operation system failed on my laptop

I want ask. Earlier I mentioned initially used my laptop uses Windows 7 Home Premium.

 
1. I open the site keygenguru.com.
 
2. Forget the laptop that is no anti virus and then my laptop got malware.
 
The first problem is the computer is writing "operation system failed" continue my ctrl + alt + Del and disappear then appear again. I repeat my shutdown continues.
 
Turn on his writing time again.
 
1. Starts window normally.
 
2. Launch Startup Repair.
 
I choose repair the old loading up to 5 hours. Finally, try safe mode, but at that time, the screen before the welcome screen win 7 is lost.
 
Please help me.

Hello,

The steps below are only suggestions, you may try to perform these steps and hopefully it’ll work for you.

  • Look for your Resource Disk and insert it in your CD Rom.
  • Press F12 in your computer when starting up.
  • This opens the boot menu and CDROM is one of your options.
  • Press enter and a men is displayed, Press 1 to activate 32 Diagnostics.
  • Extend the test option and this will guide you to the steps.

I haven’t tried this yet because I haven’t encountered this error message yet. I’ve done some research and I think this might be the best solutions to give out.
