Hello tech experts,

When I am working with the Cut Pro X, I ended up with the following error message. The error message states that the operation couldn’t be completed. I am not able to understand the error message. I am not a technical guy; it’s very hard to explain in words. So I have attached the message. Please help to find the solution. Thanks a lot.

The operation couldn’t be completedwith the Cut Pro X

If the task you are doing with Final Cut Pro X requires the program to access the internet, make sure your computer has an active internet connection. If this doesn’t fix the problem, make sure your computer meets all the requirements of Final Cut Pro X because it will not work if not all are met.

For Final Cut Pro X, the supported operating system is Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks and higher. Though I’m not using a Mac PC, I think the Mavericks edition of Mac OS X is the latest version just like with Microsoft Windows 8.1 of Microsoft. Since you need the latest version of Mac OS X, it’s obvious that you cannot install and run it on previous operating systems.

If you don’t have this version and you only have like Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion and earlier, I think there’s no other option but to upgrade to Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks. Your graphics adapter should also have a minimum 256 MB video RAM but the recommended is 1 GB for previewing 4K media.
