Hello,

I tried updating our installation in test on today, and the update failed with the following error now I am trying to recover this issue as soon as possible. I need your assistance to fix this issue because I have tried many attempts to resolve this matter. Thanks for any assistance.

Online Filing 5.0 Installation error has encountered

Failure to update to Online Filing version 5.0 is normally due to wrong or incompatible system as compared to what is required. Please check the system requirements for version 5.0 for both network and stand alone options.

Requirements for network:

• 1 GB RAM
• 4 GB of available hard disk space
• Pentium 4 -2.8 GHz

You can install the server on the following:

• PC with Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Vista SP1
• 7a Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2008 Server or Windows 2008 R2 Server system

Requirements for stand alone:

• 512 MB RAM (Windows XP), 2 GB (Windows Vista)
• 500 MB available hard disk space
• Pentium 4 – 2.4 GHz or better
• USB port for smart card reader

Normally, system compliance solves the problem.
