Onekey 7 engineering DVD won’t function with Lenovo.

Recently I purchased Lenovo laptop with windows 7 pre-installed which came with Onekey 7 engineering DVD. Problem is that, it won’t install properly on my system. Every time I try to install I receive message saying I have to upgrade my windows, but my windows is updated. Does anybody know the cause of this problem and how to rectify this?

Hi, 

The most common solution to this problem is that you start Windows in SafeMode. Once there remove all components from the software that is not working, including all data and history from the software. While in SafeMode, install the same software again, and power up your computer in NormalMode again. That should work, but make sure that you delete all components from the software, and install it like it`s the first time your computer meets with it.
Also, add the software to Exception in your AntiVirus system. 
Make these small changes and the software should work nice.
