Advice on offline mp4 to mp3 converter?

Hi Experts,

I am having mp4 songs and need to convert them to mp3.

Does anyone know about offline mp4 to mp3 converter?

If so advice me.It need to work offline.

It is a key requirement.I tried many software's but did not get the right one.
