OKI C9600 097: Fatal Error

Hello. We have an OKI C9600 Colour Laser Printer in our office. But we moved to a new office so the printer has to be set up again. But we cannot make it work as we are having an OKI C9600 097: Fatal Error.  I tried everything but it still doesn’t work. How can I fix it?

OKI C9600 097: Fatal Error

That error is possibly for the mainboard of oki printer that you are using, and therefore to fix it you will need to change the mainboard. Changing the main board is not a hard task, all you will need to do is the following:

• On OKI printer, you will need to open the right hand side of printer cover.
• There you will find the mainboard.
• If your printer is under guarantee you can demand a replacement from the vendor who sold it to you.

Otherwise the error may also be for the secondary card of OKI printer. On the oki printer, you will possibly find it top of the cover sheet. The cable connection may have gotten loose because of transport. And therefore to fix the problem you will simply have to put that cable on its correct position.
