When I am starting my personal computer there is a message is appearing often which about to update the antivirus database, after updating it when restart my PC again the same message appeared.
So, how can solve it?

I believe I can be able to help you with your problem although you didn't specify which anti-virus program you use, you can simply remove the request by going to the settings and changing some of the applied settings.
Go to Settings -> Update -> Manually -> Frequency then change to the intervals you prefer.
Select or click on Ok and the settings will be saved.
