Office Live account only works until February 2012

My Office Live account is working until February, 2012, and I need to get more storage before then. Why can’t I purchase more storage now?

Hello Gil,

If you have not been using your windows live account then it will be expiring after 365 days which seems to be February next year in you case. So to ensure that the account is kept active and does not face the risk of being deleted, then you should ensure that you use via the web every 8 months.

Otherwise in your case I will advice you to backup any information that might be so important be sending to your alternative email address because when the account is deleted, you will lose all the information.

You can also resort to using paid windows live account which does not face the risk of being deleted whether you use it or you do not.
