ODI Cube definition is invalid

Hi everyone!

ODI answers always display the same error whenever I try to save an existing report to another location or in another file using the save as option and it contains only very few things which the original file had.

The error says cube definition invalid and displays the following screen.

Error:

Pivot Table    
    
View Display Error    
    
Cube Definition is invalid (Measure out of bounds)    
    
Error Details    
Error Codes: GOA4AK7Z    

If anyone knows the solution please tell me, it would be much appreciated.

ODI Cube definition is invalid

Hey Jayson!

Do not worry about the problem. There are many ODI users who are facing the same problem and you will be happy to know that there is not a long solution for this problem. This problem can be solved in few steps.

To solve your problems, you have to follow these steps:

1. Open your program.

2. Here you can see a Criteria tab.

3. Click on "view drop down". You will see an option of Pivot table view.

4. Edit the Pivot table, you will see empty Measures box in Pivoting Criteria window.

5. Now just drag a metric in Measure box from Exclude box and you are done

Here you fix your problem.
