Norton Ghost has encountered a problem

Hi Experts,

Norton Ghost has encountered a problem. It is throwing an error message frequently whenever I tried to run it. Have a look at the error message below. I do not understand the message. Please help me to solve the problem.

Hello Nelson,

That sounds like a bug in the Norton antivirus application. In order to resolve it you will need to do the following:

• Try updating Norton if you haven't done that lately. After that try running it and see if the issue will not appear.
• If the issue persists, you can go ahead and uninstall Norton from your computer, and then after that do a fresh installation of it.

Hi Nelson,

Yes, this problem may appear. It can happen due to the incompatibility of your Norton version or windows version.

Please verify that is your PC meets all the requirements of Norton Ghost. If not then uninstall it.

Or try to update Norton ghost and then use the new version. I think your problem will be solved. Thanks.
