Nokia X2 call logs clearing problem

I have been using Nokia X2-00 model. It was manufactured in Tamil Nadu. Since it is not a dual sim mobile, I sometimes take out my Airtel sim card and insert my TATA sim card and notice that all the call history of those calls which was made/ received or missed when my airtel sim was in use were cleared. The same happens when I insert my Airtel sim card back or any other sim card. I don't want this to happen.

My mother is also using the same model, it is manufactured in Gurgaon but she does not face this problem. In fact she can't delete even a single entry. Why is it so? The same has been noticed in Samsung Champ GTC3003

Is there a solution to this? Please help me!.

Hi!

There may be a problem with your computer or the process in software installation. Use software to install updates in your phone. Use Nokia PC sweet or Nokia Ovi sweet software to update your phone’s software.

Your phone may be virus corrupted. Use memory flash option to flash your phone memory and install a new driver software in your phone memory.

 

Another option is to recover your phone’s backup software from your PC. For this run Nokia PC suite. This window will appear,

Here, you should use restore option from backup. You can do this option only thing where you have made a backup of your software before.

Hi,

The problem which your facing with your mobile is very minor one in fact its not at all a issue which you should be worried about. In any phone if you insert other sim the call logs will be cleared if your using your phonebook memory as sim card memory the call logs will be cleared each time you change the sim card. If you store the phone contacts in your phone memory then the call logs will be stored in your phone even if you change the sim card.
