Nokia phone start up failure.

After downloading a theme from an online site m.zedge.net on Nokia N75, it does not switch on after it goes off. The phone keeps displaying a message  "phone start up failed contact retailer". What is the best way to solve this problem?

Nokia phone start up failure.

You will need to do a hard reset to resolve that problem. For your Nokia N75 mobile phone you will need to follow the steps below to be able to do a hard reset:

• You will need to press the press the following keys while the phone is booting up: the Caps shift, Space bar, Delete button and Power button.
• For more information on how to use the keys mentioned above, you will need to visit the following link: http://ww17.project-dna.org/

One thing that you will have to note is that a hard reset will lead to loosing about everything that you had saved on your phone, you may be lucky if a few remain untouched.

Hi,  

It will be a Virus infection. Try those steps for master reset for your phone.

Press * + 3 + call + Power on buttons on the same time

then provide your Lock code and Reset your phone

Try it.
