Nokia Lumia 1020 random reebots and freeze

I have been using my Nokia Lumia 1020 for two weeks now and it has been a great experience so far except the last three days. My Nokia Lumia phone randomly reboots or freezes. It turns itself on and off even at rest. It also becomes unresponsive when I am using the camera. Is this behavior due to specific apps or services?

Nokia Lumia 1020 random reebots and freeze

To solve this problem you have to do the following things:

 

1. Soft reset the phone by pressing down and holding the volume down and power button together.

 

2. Make sure there are no applications in memory running in the background. You can check this by pressing the back button / key.

 

3. Check to make sure your phone and applications are all up to date to the latest versions. This is very important to do, as it will fix problems or errors with previous versions.

 

4. If the phone continues to have problems, you can try doing a hard reset by going into settings>about>reset your phone.
