Of the three phones, I would go for the Nokia Asha 311. All three phones have a 240×400 3.0 inch screen but the 311 is the only one that has capacitive touch screen and added protection of Corning Gorilla Glass. The capacitive touch screen offers a faster and more responsive experience compared to resistive touch screen, the upside to a resistive touch screen is that it tends to have greater accuracy.

The Nokia Asha 305 has no Wi-Fi capability so I would choose the 306 over it. The camera (3.15MP) of the 311 is also better than the other two (2.0MP). The 311 would also be faster compared to the 305 and 306 since it features a 1 GHz CPU. The Nokia Asha 305 is dual-SIM though, so I guess you can put that into consideration too. Again it would all boil down to what you want with your phone, but considering the specification of the three models, I would be glad to shell-out some extra cash and get the 311. Hope this helps.

The Nokia Asha 305 is a dual-SIM phone, a 240 x 400 pixels, 3-inch multi touch that lets users swipe to shortcuts.  It has a 2G GPRS network connectivity, a 2MP camera with video capabilities, a stereo FM radio with RDS, an MP3 and MP4 player and you can download games, plus all the email and messaging options.

The Nokia Asha 306 is a sister phone of the Asha 305 sharing many of its features, although it is not a dual-SIM phone, it has built-in WI-FI. Like the Asha 305, it also has Bluetooth.
